Training Makes the Difference: How I Helped David Double His Money In Less Than Six Months Investing in Real Estate

There’s an old saying: When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. There may not be a better example of this saying in action than the partnership David was able to strike up with me.  

Now, David’s approach was a little unorthodox. David actually conducted research on me then called me out of the blue. I typically don’t do business that way, particularly for people who aren’t seasoned investors or who haven’t been through my training program.  But David had two things going for him: Money to invest and an unrelenting drive to make money investing in real estate.

David has a family and worked a successful business, but his business kept him away from his family for months at time. David needed a blueprint for growing his income without having to spend even more time away from home. He needed a system that he could repeat over and over again to make money without making his family sacrifice. He was sure that system was real estate investing.

I decided to help David.  I took him on as a student and walked him through the Little Beaver deal and David was able to get a 100% return on his initial real estate investment.
